Terms of Use
Last updated: August 28, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By connecting a wallet to or otherwise using Coupon (the "Interface"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
What Coupon is
Coupon is a non-custodial web interface for interacting with smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain. Coupon does not hold, custody, or control your assets at any time — all deposits, withdrawals, and vault positions are held directly by smart contracts that you interact with using your own wallet.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Interface. The Interface is available to persons in the United States. It is not available to any person or entity located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Russia, or any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). It is your responsibility to confirm you are permitted to use tokenized real-world assets under the laws that apply to you.
No investment advice
Nothing on this Interface is investment, legal, or tax advice. Vault strategies, APY figures, and other statistics are illustrative and historical where shown — they are not a projection or guarantee of future performance.
Assumption of risk
Interacting with smart contracts, tokenized securities, and decentralized infrastructure carries risk, including total loss of deposited assets. See the Risk Disclosures page for specifics. By using the Interface, you accept these risks in full.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Interface to violate any law, to circumvent sanctions or eligibility restrictions, or to interfere with the normal operation of the underlying smart contracts.
No warranty
The Interface is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coupon and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Interface or the smart contracts it connects to.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Interface after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
